Hm... I can ask around. A lot of my friends are Pagan and Wicca, and they're really into the stuff. I could also ask my great-grandmother if she has any ideas, but then again... hm...

Though, if you actually figure out what it is, let me know. That's how I feel a lot of the time. Especially when I go outside. Personally, and this will sound really weird, I use peppers, mint, and citrus to keep my issues down. That, and a whole hell of a lot of sugar and caffeine. The caffeine makes cells regenerate faster, as does the sugar (become glucose). It helps with things such as upset stomach, or headaches. Citrus helps the sinus, of course, which may be the headache (and it'll also help many throat, rear, and eye issues you may be having). Pepper oil or dried peppers help clean out the mucus that may be stuffing you up, another thing that can lead to headaches. And mint green tea has anti-oxidants which help pretty much everything, as well as sugar.

Hope that helps a little bit. And if all else fails, try masturbating three times a day. It is proven to relive stress, tense muscles, and release hormones which help with growth. For all any of us know, it could just be a sort of grown spurt. ^.^;

And this is coming from someone who hasn't been to a doctor in a few years. Not since I broke my arm a few years back, at least.

That's true, actually. Everything in nature does have some sort of remedy. Medicines are just extracted and amplafied verions of each chmical found in a natural food or substance. Such as citric acid or Vitaman D. Fancy ways of saying fruit juice and dairy products.

Coarse salt it great for it, but yes, that one does work. ^.^ For some reason, the acidic nature of things makes the throat feel better. Citric acid in high amounts does the same thing, as does alcohol. I prefer the second two of the three options, honestly. >.> Mtn Dew and Rum are very good for a soar throat.
